Growing the Village is Sweet 2026

Thank you for being part of the 2026 Growing the Village Is Sweet campaign! 

By hosting a lemonade stand fundraiser, you are providing a village of support for vulnerable children and families in our community. 

Here’s how it works:

  1. Commit to hosting a neighborhood lemonade stand on any date in July or August.
  2. Reserve a lemonade stand kit. We have two different options this year, depending on what you want in your kit!
    • Option 1 ($10): Lemonade, Yard Sign, and Printed Promotional Materials
    • Option 2 ($35): Lemonade, Cups, 2 T-Shirts, Yard Sign, Sunglasses, Printed Promotional Materials, and Other Fun Goodies
  3. Pick up your kit at The Burrow in Old Katy on Saturday, June 27th, from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Alternate pick-up can be arranged if needed. 
  4. Host your lemonade stand on your chosen date in July or August.
  5. Donate the funds raised to Foster Village Houston. 

Once you register for your kit, we’ll send more information on how to plan your fundraiser and donate the proceeds after it's complete.

Thank you for helping families who are experiencing foster care break generational cycles of adversity and write new stories for themselves and their children. It doesn’t get much sweeter than that!
